It was wonderful staying. Excellent service, very friendly hotel employees and owner of the hotel. I would come to stay again when I visit Bologna in 2025. Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel.

They moved us to a different property!!

We didn’t stay at the San Giovanni in the end as they moved us to what they described as a partner property as the air conditioning was broken. The new property was disappointing, very basic, difficult to find, room was very basic, it had a broken toilet seat and poor air conditioning. We were promised a delicious breakfast which was awful. We were glad to leave

Tutto a posto quanto riguarda l`insieme dell`Hotel. Dovrebbero far controllare da un idraulico lo scacquone del WC non funziona perfettamente per evitare sprechi di acqua e la temperatura dell`acqua della doccia potrebbe essere piu freddina (con questo caldo si potrebbe risparmiare energia) se no nel complessivo nessuna perfetto.
