Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza.
Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off.
Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee facility in room though.
Would stay here again. It had the charm and decor of a traditional Italian hotel.

The hotel was right next to the town’s piazza, walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The train and bus depots were quick walks. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is out of the old town which is an easy 15 minute walk. Well maintained with comfortable rooms it is a good base for a trip to Verona. The airport is only 15 minutes away by taxi.
