The room was super pretty but the hotel is far away from the town of San Pancho. You will either have to walk 15 minutes to the town or pay 100 MXN to a taxi to take you to town. the staff was helpful, rooms were clean, but our shower did not have hot water and pools were a bit dirty.

This hotel is incredible. Beautiful and large rooms, well appointed and decorated. Amazing staff and service at both the front desk and the restaurant. Very close to a quiet part of the beach and very walkable (especially along the beach) into town. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

I originally stayed at Witari during a business trip after coming from the Conrad Punta Mita, and I can honestly say it stands shoulder to shoulder with any top-tier resort. Never felt a down-grade. I mantained the level at Witari. The rooms are beautiful, fresh, wide and extremely comfortable, with air conditioning that works flawlessly. The restaurant offers a high-end dining experience, the pools are clean and well maintained, and the activities available were fantastic. Restaurante MUTUA for breakfast, meals or dinner are fantastic, and not always restaurants are engaged with the hotel, portions, meals and cheff are AWESOME!! I would especially like to highlight the hotel staff, who were always attentive and committed to providing exceptional service. In addition, the property offers access to a beautiful, clean beach that perfectly complements the overall experience. If you're a traveler looking for comfort, excellence, safety, and outstanding service, Witari is an excellent choice and one I highly recommend. One detail worth mentioning is that the hotel thoughtfully provides beach umbrellas, coolers, and in-room safes for guests. These small touches make the stay even more comfortable and demonstrate the attention to detail that sets the property apart.

It was a beautiful hotel made better by the incredible staff. They were flexible, accomodation and willing to go the extra mile to help us when our flight was cancelled. Thank you to the whole staff who really went out of their way and made our stay excellent. Also the daily breakfast was such a treat that we looked forward to every morning. It was the perfect home base for San Pancho!

Our room was wonderful -very clean and spacious. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful distant ocean view from our balcony and also a beautiful view looking down on the lush garden and pool area. The pool was super clean and very warm. The rooftop deck had great views and the resturant had very good food. We will definitely return again!

We had a lovely stay! We loved the room, views and pool and just up the road from the beach. It's much quieter than in town, but just an easy 10-15min walk there. Since there aren't real dining options or stores nearby, it would be nice if the hotel/restaurant offered more snack options.

Super clean. Great staff. Cozy & charming. Just try to avoid room #5 which is right underneath the restaurant. Lots of chair noises early in the morning, hard to sleep in. Close enough to the beach and a 15 minutes walk to the village and all the restaurants. Attention walking at night, there are no street lights. It gets very dark, but we didn’t feel any danger, it’s just a bit eary.
