The staff was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of many designer stores, coffee shops, and quick bites. It’s just as easy to get around, with the Muni streetcars, historic cable cars, and BART all within walking distance. I truly enjoyed my stay, and this hotel will always be my go-to whenever I visit San Francisco!

We stayed at the Hyatt for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of so many popular attractions, including Union Square and SFMOMA. My only complaint was breakfast options and some of the staff in the coffee shop inside hotel. My overnight oats were inedible and I didn’t feel comfortable returning as the guy serving was really abrupt and seemingly very stressed. As for the hotel location, staff and the room size and view, I can’t fault it! Highly recommend you book a room!

Convenient location to walk to the ballpark to see the San Francisco Giants! Awesome staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!

The room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to financial district and union square. Early check in is provided and check in check out process is very simple
