Ya anyone complaining about there being “no front desk staff” clearly cant read. Check in is across the street at Hotel Stratford where they also replenish you with towels and water. Phenomenal hotel and location in the middle of the city. I would recommend paying the extra ≈$30 for the private bathroom/shower

Very good location and clean. Make sure you check the hours of the desk being open as it's a short window and you would have to take a short walk to another hotel to check in and get the keys. There is no parking right at hotel but close garages nearby. This makes it a little difficult as unloading everything out of your car and back in was a little tricky.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience I’d definitely stay here again.

I will absolutely stay again, but they provide only a bath towel, no face towel or hand towel. There's no paper or little plastic cup. So I'm sucking water out of the tap. I never think to take my own cup. Very odd. The safe is too small for even a small laptop. Just things to be aware of. Not show stoppers. You also have to check in at a hotel a block away. Not serious, but after a long flight. Checkout is also at 11:00 and they're not super excited to consider late checkout. Noon is usually my minimum for checkout. A great room in general, just missing what I think are obvious details.

I've stayed here twice now. I liked the stay for 2 nights 3 days as a male solo traveler. The room was clean and basic, the halls were a bit loud, walls were thin, counter space was minimal. No mini fridge or AC. No staff around to assist and I didn't get any maid service. I also had to check in down the street just flying in at 11pm at night. Price and location is great but if I had a lady with me, I would not choose to stay here again.

Great experience. Clean hotel with nice decor in lobby. Easy check in process at sister location around the corner. Only negative was the lack of body wash, hand soap, and hand towel. However that didn’t mess up our stay at all just a slight inconvenience. Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the city!(:
