HOA fee, water, internet, electricity - all included! Internet is high speed from comcast/xfinity at 500 mbps or more. Router is inside the room, so speed/connection is guaranteed(unlike hotel rooms). Both the living room and the bedroom has LCD/LED TVs 43 and 40 inches respectively). Both TVs have ROKU players to stream netflix/amazon/Xfinity flex other channels. In addition, both TVs are subscribed with YoutubeTV (hundreds of channels including CNN, MSNBC, FOXTV, HGTV, PBS, ABC, CBS, plus local channels for free!)

You may also make free phone calls within USA on the phone lines. Bedroom, living, kitchen area has separate cordless handsets for your convenience.

The bedroom has luxurious new bedding with two firmness options. It has a Simmons Beautyrest queens mattress extra firm topped with a plush memory foam gel topper. If it is too soft, you may simply remove the memory foam topping, for firm support.

There is also an additional queen Pacific Coast Natural-filled Feather Bed Topper in the storage closet for you to add extra comfort.

For your guests/family, there is a comfortable sofa bed(between a full and queen size) in the living room. You may use the new featherbed topper stowed in the storage compartment of the sofa for extra comfort as well.

The kitchen has a compact coffee maker, bread toaster and essential kitchen utensils if you decide to cook.

Since this is right in the middle of the city, you can easily have food delivered at this location with ubereats(less than 30 minutes in my experience from nearby restaurants), or take stroll by the Embarcadero, and enjoy many dining options!

One-car secured garage space parking is available for an additional fee($100 per month or $5 daily)
