Great location for all the best trips, Alcatraz, Golden Gate, Movie tour (a must) and Fisherman’s Wharf at a fair and reasonable price with lovely comfortable rooms and loved the free coffee in the morning. The free activities provided by the Hotel are great too and Deborah and Michael excelled with their enthusiasm for the area and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

The property location was excellent and the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately the soundproofing was well below what we would expect. We could hear somebody's phone alarm go off in the early hours of the morning and when people walked around in the room above it sounded like elephants walking about. People moving around in the corridor was also louder than we have had in other hotel stays.
