I was fine for me as one adult who did not have anyone join her for any meal. As for garden apartment. The garden was a stretch. I do not mind early attic in the apartment, but to have indicated that there was a garden, was a stretch. The five pieces of furniture was full of mold so not really useable. I called it the garden of" potential". A good trimming would make the garden part more truthful. This could be in time for the next visitor. I think we worked well together on some necessary repairs.
