"The room was very clean and the staff were very nice; housekeeping came in each day of our trip. The only issue we had was with the bathroom doorknob (it fell off, but the staff repaired it the same day)."

"Great rooms and location. This is my second stay. Comfy bed. The "breakfast" in the morning needs a little work. Not very helpful worker there. No clear indication of how it works and he was not happy to be there or explain anything."

"We love staying at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins and it has become our go-to hotel in San Francisco. The location on Nob Hill is fantastic, with beautiful views and so much old-world charm and character. It really feels like a classic San Francisco experience. We were able to walk to North Beach, Chinatown, and the Ferry Building, and after a long day of exploring, taking the cable car back up the hill to the hotel was such a fun and convenient option. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was always helpful, and the hotel itself is charming and full of history. We always enjoy our stays here and will definitely continue coming back."
