Farmhouse Victorian with Spacious BACKYARD

We are renting our beautiful farmhouse Victorian single family home in the friendly and safe Glen Park neighborhood of San Francisco. Flexible move-in/move-out.

Home features spacious BACKYARD, garden (lemons, limes, strawberries, apples, blackberries, blooms), patio with cushioned furniture, hammock, 2 heaters, grill, toddler tree swing, and kid’s water table.

Master bedroom and nursery are located on the main floor. Central heating, dining room, south-facing living room, and eat-in kitchen with brand new dishwasher. Dutch door and front porch with bench to watch the sunset. Third bedroom and 2nd bathroom are located in basement (separate access from main house). Makes a great home office or guest room for social distancing visitors! Ample storage and washer/dryer in basement. We have a Peloton!

Street parking is EASY in Glen Park. House is on a “SLOW STREET” during shelter-in-place so not much car traffic and kids can play on the street and ride scooters on their way to the park. Glen Canyon Park with hiking/walking trails and large open grassy spaces is 2 blocks away! Glen Park Village with organic market and great takeout restaurants is also 2 blocks away.
