4\. Refundable Security Deposit  
\-We will pre-authorize a $500 security deposit on your card one day prior to your check-in. Please note, this is not a charge but a temporary hold. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of our house rules.

Honestly house was one of the best stays I've ever had! Host was so helpful and kind. Super clean and such a great location. Loved the little city guide the host left. Truly such a beautiful home made the group trip the best. Plan on staying here again given the opportunity

The house was clean and conveniently located. I had inquired about an earlier check in time; the 4pm check in was right as we had an engagement party at 5:30 and had just arrived from the east coast. Unfortunately the host was unwilling to allow us a 3pm check in which was disappointing. Also, make sure to rent a small car as the garage is very small.

#### Buena vista indeed 

Absolutely amazing place to stay in the city. We had some shows to go to but I almost would have been happier just staying in. The house is a timeless design with a jaw dropping view of the city. All the rooms on the first floor are well equipped for guests and the space is immaculate. The ceiling is well insulted you can’t hear any footsteps from The living room upstairs from the bedrooms. Peaceful, quiet place on top of the hill we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city with friends.
