Casa de Luz Beachfront at Punta Paraíso

Set along San Pancho Beach, Casa de Luz opens its first-floor living spaces and King suite to a large private balcony with ocean views, dining, and lounge seating. A gated community path leads to the sand. The property accommodates four guests with a Queen bedroom, full kitchen, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry. Shared amenities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation area, and tropical gardens, with central San Pancho accessible on foot.



The Space:

Casa de Luz places the beach at the center of the stay. Glass doors connect the living room and primary bedroom to a large private balcony overlooking the sand and Pacific. Begin the morning outside with coffee, gather for a meal at the outdoor table, or settle into a lounge chair while the activity along San Pancho Beach unfolds below.



The open living area brings the kitchen, dining space, and sectional seating together, giving couples, friends, or a small family room to spend time together without feeling crowded. A Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning provide comfort between time at the beach and exploring town.



The kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and a breakfast counter with seating. An indoor dining table seats four, with another dining area on the balcony.



Casa de Luz accommodates up to four guests:



Primary bedroom: King bed, blackout shades, walk-in closet, balcony access, ocean outlook, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower

Second bedroom: Queen bed, blackout shades, closet storage, and a garden-facing window

Second bathroom: Walk-in shower and vanity



An in-unit washer and dryer support longer stays. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided.



Punta Paraiso's shared amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, ping-pong area, tropical gardens, and staffed security. These spaces are shared with other residents and guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire property and its private balcony.



Punta Paraiso's pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation area, gardens, and gated beach access are shared community amenities. A keypad provides self-guided access to the property, while community security manages entry to Punta Paraiso.



Each registered guest receives a wristband at check-in. Only registered guests wearing Punta Paraiso wristbands may enter the community; outside visitors are not permitted.



The Neighborhood:

Punta Paraiso sits on San Pancho Beach, placing Casa de Luz between the Pacific and the center of town. Walk along the sand, spend time by the pool, or head into San Pancho for cafes, restaurants, galleries, shops, and the town's community-centered arts scene.



San Pancho is smaller and quieter than neighboring Sayulita, but it remains an active coastal town. Beach activity, seasonal celebrations, music, and community events are part of the local experience.



Getting Around:

The beach and central San Pancho are accessible on foot from Punta Paraiso. A car is not necessary for guests planning to remain in town. Casa de Luz does not include an assigned parking space.

First-floor property

Casa de Luz is located on the first floor of Punta Paraiso.



Occupancy and visitors

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests. Punta Paraiso does not permit outside visitors. Each guest must wear the wristband issued by community security at check-in.



Guest registration and property rules

For security and wristband authorization, the Punta Paraiso HOA requires a signed copy of its Property Rules and the full name of every member of the traveling party. Arrival Getaways sends the form through DocuSign for convenient completion. The completed form must be received by the HOA at least 48 hours before arrival so wristbands and property access can be authorized.



Parking

Casa de Luz does not include an assigned parking space. Guests bringing a vehicle should arrange parking before arrival.



Shared amenities

The pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation area, gardens, and beach access are shared with other Punta Paraiso residents and guests.



Community rules

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, pets, and diving or jumping into the pool are prohibited.



Beachfront setting

Ocean conditions, beach activity, and seasonal noise vary. Turtles, whales, dolphins, and other wildlife may be seen, but sightings cannot be guaranteed.
