Surprisingly great value. Great location and actually found parking in the small lot. Office closes at 11p. The room was surprisingly large and comfortable. Gonna give 5 stars because of the value. Overlook some of the maintenance issues with door knobs and such.

I always like staying here. I’ve stayed a couple of times and it’s always clean. But like anywhere else sometimes the linen might have a stain or burn not all the time. But they take care do it right away when you inform them.

The location was amazing. If you are looking for something close to fisherman's wharf, this is great. There is a bus stop right outside, and the bus takes you to the wharf (and back) quickly. The neighborhood seemed safe. Parking was limited, but I did get a spot, and there were cameras and lights on the cars. The room itself was very large - we had 2 beds a couch, desk / chair and tv, and there was a lot of floor space.

It was close by to everything. The location made it really easy to explore San Francisco and visit the Pier without long drives. The room was comfortable and perfect for resting after being out all day. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

Very inexpensive option which I booked for work. Clean with all the basics. Close to Presidio and convenient to the bus lines. Nothing fancy just a motel.

It was a nice basic, hotel. As long as you just need a cheaper place to say this fits the bill. It was easy to get around, in a safe area and close to areas of interest. The room was spacious and the maid service good. I didn't like that there were no curtains and the sunlight came in through the blinds very early waking me up when I would have like to have slept longer. I couldn't get the shower to work and the water was barely tepid so even if I had it would have been an unpleasant experience. I wouldn't write it off my list of a place to stay in SF, but I would look for another hotel first before deciding to stay there.

Parking was limited and if you get back late, you have to park on the street. The bedding is ugly as hell however, the bedsheets were clean and comfortable. The current bedspreads gave that 70s vibe. When you first walk into the room, there’s this musty smell and the ceiling above the shower needs to be looked at this is room 218.

Parking is available and easy - public transport also easily available. Convenient location - many areas within walking distance. Good choice of local dining options. Room was large and clean, 2 big comfortable beds with clean fresh bedding, tv, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, air con, bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer, clean fresh towels. Pleasant, helpful staff. We loved our stay - thank you Alpha Inn! :-)
