Jerry Beach Condo One

  • Jerry's Beach Club Condo 1 is a beachside San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the Villas de Las Palmas Residential Neighborhood, just 100 yards from the beach. This first-floor condo is in a multi-level building with 4 similar rental condos — perfect for large families or events by renting multiple units together. The first bedroom has a full-size bed.

    The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a small twin-size bed, and a two-person couch. The living room and kitchen feature modern design and appliances, with pots and pans for all your cooking needs.

    The building has a two-door garage with room for 5 cars max, shared by all 5 condos (street parking recommended). The rooftop offers one of the best views of the Sea of Cortez, with a charcoal BBQ grill shared by all guests.

    This unit does not have towels, so please bring your own. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
