sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung in Gehweite zum See

Stilvolle, nicht überladene aber absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Garten und guter Klimaanlage. Netter, unkomplizierter Vermieter. Schöne Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Bilder auf der Website täuschen

Der erste Eindruck war schlimm, ich konnte nicht glauben, dass es die Wohnung war, die ich buchte. Die Wohnung sah von außen aus, wie ein alter Schuppen, mit einer alten, dreckigen, kaputten Sonnliege und dreckigen Terrassenmöbeln auf dem Balkon. Leider war der Vermieter nicht persönlich anwesend, und sein Vertreter konnte kein deutsch und nur sehr schlecht englisch. So war es nicht möglich uns die Besonderheiten des Hauses (Auf- und Zuschließen Eingangstür, Müll, Spülmaschine, etc.) zu erklären. Drinnen sah die Wohnung aus, wie auf der Website. Allerdings nicht sehr sauber. (Spinnweben, Dusche ungepflegt, Toilettenbürste eklig, Staub, etc...). Der Vermieter bemühte sich am nächsten Tag alles zu erklären und organisierte binnen 30 Minuten jemand der die Spülmaschine reparierte und uns erklärte. (top). Leider wussten wir da noch nicht, dass die Waschmaschine auch nicht ging. Insgesamt möchte ich nicht zu viel meckern, aber für den Preis waren wir enttäuscht. Der schlechte erste Eindruck hat den Start in den Urlaub getrübt. Die Wohnung war eigentlich sehr schön und groß, leider wechselten sich schöne Möbel mit billigen Ikea Regalen, billigen Tür- und Fensterbeschlägen und technischen Geräten (Spülmaschine, E-Herd) aus dem Baumarkt ab. Um den Aufenthalt der Urlauber angenehmer zu gestalten, würde ich empfehlen Fliegenschutzgitter anzubringen (sehr viele Mücken, und ohne Fliegenschutzgitter keine Chance zu lüften) und dem Reinigungsservice öfter auf die Finger zu schauen.
