"This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us.
