The Space: Make your way inside this warm and welcoming retreat using the easy self-check-in and feel instantly at home with bright, open plan living and all of life’s little luxuries waiting for you to enjoy. Step into the open living space upstairs and soak up the sun as you lay back on the plush chaise lounge. Here you can stream Netflix and Hulu on the big screen or sway gently in the hanging pod chair as you breathe in the fresh ocean air from the open glass doors that surround the room. This property was perfect for our staycation. The beds were super comfortable and the entire place was clean and decorated well. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for group meals and conversation. A little off from the beach/bay but close to stores and restaurants. Short distance to Pacific Beach and Crown Point Beach. Many places to eat at as well as had everything we needed to cook some meals at the house. It was really clean and modern and had everything we needed. Being close to downtown PB was really convenient as well. No working refrigerator for entire week. Wine frig does not function. Sand and hairs in beds upon arrival. Tub notch missing to fill tub can’t bath children. Communication with host/mgt company is nothing but frustrating. If you want a property that has pride and some attention to detail look elsewhere. Plenty of room to accommodate our large family with adequate privacy and separate downstairs section. Outdoor area was a big plus to experience the summer. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach and the ocean path with bars and restaurants. Also short walk to lagoon. Close to highways making for short drive to Old Town, baseball park and other San Diego attractions. Owner was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was clean and tidy and SO centrally located! We brought our bikes so we could ride all over PB. We walked to breakfast at The Broken Yoke (great bloody Mary’s), ride scooters into the heart of PB for a night full of dancing and drinks, and the obvious days at the beach! Visiting our San Diego based son and family for spring break. Great location in Pacific Beach near our grandson’s favorite park in Mission Bay. Walk to everything. Great front yard for a game of corn hole, grillin’ and chillin’. PB is a young, ACTIVE 😆 community with beach traffic outside, but the fenced yard and insulated windows made it no issue for us.
