Please note, the second garage is reserved for our use as we live in the front house. Garage Parking: We offer a private 2-car garage on the east side of the property, though only one smaller or midsize car is recommended due to the steep driveway entry. The property was lovely, very clean, and spacious enough for our family of 5. We enjoyed the balcony outdoor space and the beautiful view. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, and pans needed to make a few meals. The beach is several blocks away, so we drove a few times, but also walked once and it only took about 15 minutes. This is a great, clean property with respectful and honest owners. The location is perfect in Ocean Beach. It is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood setting. There was plenty of room for our family of four along with the family we have in the area that visited. Everything including the bedding is new and comfortable. Tom and Kristin were the perfect amount of communication combined with leave you to yourself to enjoy your time. I think we were the first family to stay here after the hosts got back into listing again with VRBO. We are happy to have that honor... I'd gladly stay here again on any trip to the area.
