I liked the location of the property. It was an easy walk to restaurants and Petco Park. The rug and lamp shade were stained in my room. Unfortunately there was a leak in the lobby ceiling on one of the days we stayed making the elevator unusable and we had to walk up the stairs to our room on the 5th floor.

When to visit an event at the waterfront park. We were able to walk to the park in about 29 minutes. We arrived very late at night, but the staff was excellent and checked us in right away. The premises were clean and there is a parking garage just steps around the corner where we were able to conveniently park our car. The room itself was very clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The one area where I think it was lacking was there was no ice water or lemon water in the lobby and there was a coffee machine that was not very good. There was no regular creamer out. They just had little international delight hazelnut creamer. Not a big deal for me since there is a blue bottle coffee shop and also a Starbucks coffee shop one block away or less.

The hotel was very nice! Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Amenities included a mini fridge and coffee maker. AC was great and no problems with hot running water in the shower. Only thing was that we had to pay parking 42$ overnight.

I asked for extra key cards at the front but the key fob machine was not working. The shower had leakage issues. Everytime it was being used, water would just leak out of the shower area onto the bathroom floors. The panel in our bathroom ceiling was giving way. Upon arrival the hallway into our room was sort of messy with towels on the floor outside rooms and housekeeping bags were displayed outside too. The staff was friendly along with the valet staff.
