The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for home chefs, and the dining area offers seating for six with a cheerful gas fireplace to add ambiance. The master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for families, with a Queen bed, bunk beds (two singles), and a TV. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the other two bedrooms. The home also features central AC, a grassy fenced yard, and a private pool and spa, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The neighborhood itself is quiet and residential, providing a peaceful retreat, while still being close to all the action. Pacific Beach Policies & What to Expect Pool Heat: An additional fee of $49/day. Arrival/Departure Policy: Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc. This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We provide a ā€˜starter kitā€™ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and co2/fire detectors. We recommend a car for ease of getting around, but public transportation (city bus) is available by walking 0.5 miles to the south. Parking for 2 small to mid-sized vehicles in the private garage is included with the rental. You may park one vehicle directly in front of the house if it is too large for the garage. Beds were comfy, House was immaculate, kitchen had everything we needed. Pacific beach was the perfect location we were close to Everything. We came to an event nearby and this suited our needs well. We also were able to visit the dog beach and a few dog parks which made it enjoyable for our sweet pup as well! Easy to understand access. Could be considered handicap accessible because I am in a wheelchair full-time and I was able to easily get into and out of property and the property was easy to move around in as well. Close to shopping in PB. The house looks just like the photos but definitely needs some upgrades, furnishings and carpet need cleaning and many of the windows don't open. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Nancyā€™s Vacation Rentals was easy to contact and answered all questions. The neighborhood is in a perfect location to explore North or South. Felt very safe! The pool and hot tub were perfect, loved that we were able to add heat. The kids swam every single day and night and so did the adults! The beds were comfortable, tons of towels and pool/beach toys available for use. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the homey decor. Overall, no complaints! Three bedrooms with at least queen-sized beds as there were 3 couples in our party. We also wanted a pool so we didn't have to go to the beach every day. Amazing location for everything we wanted to do: restaurants and sports bars, shops and stores, close enough to downtown San Diego to do the touristy things. Honestly, we spent every morning on the patio drinking coffee, and every evening in the hot tub which was perfect. Most vacations end and I feel ready to go home, I would have been more than happy to spend a few more days. I would love to come back! Highly recommend! ##### Michelle G. We walked to lunch, walked to PB, had guests over for a graduation brunch, had groceries delivered, swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, and wished we had more time there. We are admittedly, a bit particular, would have appreciated a solid deep clean prior to our arrival but again, that is a personal opinion. Would for sure stay here again, without hesitation. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and the location was super quiet in a welcoming little neighborhood. A BIG thank you to the rental agency, we needed an iron and they delivered a brand new one, in record time! Thank you! ##### Cari H. We had a fantastic stay at this property to celebrate my 40th birthday! Adorable neighborhood in a great location, the property was clean and true to the photos, the pool and spa were both lovely. When we accidentally blew a fuse after running 1 too many hair dryers, they were fantastic about helping us get everything back up and running. Our only (tiny!) gripe was that we were 4 gals desperately searching for a full-length mirror. šŸ˜ Other than that one minor nitpick, this property was a fantastic place to spend a week in sunny San Diego.
