Bay Park • Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed. • Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season. Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day) Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day. • Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). My friend and I stayed here for four nights for a quick getaway to San Diego. We were more than happy with our experience. The property was well maintained, well stocked for out of towners (including detergent for doing laundry and toiletries in the bathroom), and very cozy!
