About this property

Studio #3 Fully-equipped with Boardwalk Patio Access - Oceanfront! Pet-Friendly!

  • This unit has NO STAIRS. Conveniently located at the El Carmel Place and Ocean Front Walk. Our shared patio which is on the Boardwalk a great place to people watch and look at the dolphins! We have a gas firepit for cozy evenings!

    Our chairs and sofas have comfy cushions that most of our guests enjoy and that few others have in Mission Beach.

    We are equidistant from Belmont Park to the South and Pacific Beach to the North. We have parking for a small car in the garage. And there is a great deal of on-street parking on the bayside at El Carmel Point. There is a small market a few blocks away. There are many eateries nearby ... there is no need for a car!
