We designed this house to maximize the indoor space with the outdoor to enhance your get away experience.

Our private, spacious and unique home is perfect for small/ large groups, family and friend gatherings, even Bach Weekends

The house is Located about 7-12 min from all the popular points in SD - Yet you’ll feel secluded upon entering the gate. Free parking for 6+ cars.
The space
We have 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2 kitchens, 3 full baths. The bedrooms are very spacious! The 2nd kitchen can service our guests for breakfast and lunch and for outside entertainment at the Spool
You’ll enter the orange front door into a beautifully appointed dining and kitchen area. The views from the front of the house overlook the canyon and the sunrise is spectacular.
As you make your way to the back of the house you’ll find a cozy living area with a 65” smart tv. Stream away all you want.
There are 3 full bathrooms throughout the house.
In the front is a huge tiered patio complete with lounging area, fire pit and lighting. The private back yard offers a tropical feeling of peace and relaxation with a newly constructed spool. A spool is a pool by day, underground hot tub by night.
RPhaus is the perfect place for families, large or small groups and for those who want to be home away from home. Make it your own! Come relax and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. We’re very conveniently located to all the hot spots SD has to offer
The property is fully fenced in with a (unlocked) gated entrance from the back of the house. And there’s enough free parking for at least 6 cars!

Other things to note
We don’t encourage pets but realize that sometimes you have no choice but to bring your fur babies with you. As per our cleaning specialists there will be a $150 cleaning fee PER pet. But please, NO CATS! Their dander is too hard to completely eradicate for those with allergies.

Large, loud parties are not allowed! Please discuss with Colleen if you plan to have an event. We’ve hosted bridal/baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette groups and small family reunions and a few commercials were made here!
We’ve never had a problem. Transparency is key to success.

Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. There’ll be a $400 fee from the plumber if he needs to be called.

There is no heating fee for the Spool. However, if you forget to turn off the jets, heater and lights and it runs all night, there will be a $150 charge.
(The Spool is on a timer and will automatically run every day from 6am to 10am wo heat. (You CAN heat it during these hours by pressing the SPA button on the fence)
This insures proper circulation of chlorine and keeps the spool clean.

You ARE able to use the spa anytime you want and heat it by pressing the Spa button as per the check in directions. The light button will turn the spa lights on. Keep pressing for desired color. The 3rd button turns the jets on.
