Once you become familiar with its charming layout and distinctive features, you appreciate how well it accommodates a large group. Despite its spaciousness, the house also offers plenty of quiet corners for those seeking some alone time. The backyard provided a perfect setting to relax, converse, and enjoy each other’s company. The location is excellent—conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and bars. Although I had initially been concerned about potential street noise, we found the house to be remarkably quiet inside. Aubrey, the host, was fantastic—highly responsive and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this house for a family gathering. ##### chris c.
