  • Come visit this oceanfront beach condo on the sand with large patio and deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean in beautiful South Mission Beach, San Diego. Our property is fully furnished and has unlimited views of the ocean form the beachfront patio and upstairs deck. This is one of the best sand beaches in the world with swimming and surfing just steps from the condo. This 3 bed 3 bath 2 story condo is located ON THE SAND/Boardwalk. You can easily watch your children play in the sand while relaxing on the patio. There is also a lifeguard tower directly in front near the water for safe swimming and water activities. This property is a side by side, mirror image duplex, totaling of 6 bedrooms six baths if both units are rented. Each unit has a separate VRBO listing number. 2735 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 11622 and 2737 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 1071584. If your requested dates are not available please be sure to check the other listing. Each unit has all of its own amenities such as gas barbeque, patio , laundry, hose, outdoor shower, parking, etc, so nothing is shared between units. Each unit comes with 2 carport parking spaces (4 spaces total if both units are rented). We rent weekly during summer months from Saturday to Saturday. There are plenty of shops, markets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. World famous Belmont park is just up the boardwalk to the north. Enjoy a morning walk on the beach or boardwalk before settling in for your day of fun in the sun. Our units are fully equipped with wifi and cable television. Sweet relaxation

Family getaway at Mission Beach

Lovely condo with all I needed for cooking, beach umbrella and even a washer and dryer. Love the master bedroom it oversees the ocean. Super clean. It was slightly awkward when the nieghbors had to share the same Patio for thier birthday party. Fortunately, the people were respectful and nice and only traversed the invisible line to our patio briefly.

Great Location

My buddies and I enjoyed our stay at the Mission Beach property. We were in town for a relaxing weekend plus took in a Padres game. The rental worked out great. We spent most of the time on the patio catching up and enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach - literally two steps away. Thanks, Fergus

Birthday Celebration

We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration. The location is fantastic and the place is clean and well maintained. The patio is a great hangout spot, but I was worried we were bothering our neighbors who did not hang out on the patio much….overall, I it was a great place and I plan to come back.

Mission Beach vacation

This property is ideally located for a quiet vacation away from the busiest section of Mission Beach with direct access (right out the door) to the beach. When I informed the property manager that we lost hot water one morning, he dispatched a service technician who replaced the hot water heater by the end of the day.

Annual Beach Week

We have been staying at South Mission as a family for 30 years. We used the connected units with the the common patio working nicely for our group. The proximity to both the ocean and bay is good for all our age groups. Enjoyed the water, biking, jogging, walking, hoops on the sand, scooters and the Plunge for the little guys, big family meals. Can't wait for next year.

Perfect little beach house

Great little beach house for our long weekend. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, beds are comfy. On the beach it’s perfect. Kitchen had enough supplies for us to make dinner a couple nights. Gas grill was great. There were some sand toys on the porch in the deck box and boogie boards in the laundry closet. If you have littles, bring something to block the stairs and close up the cabinets, and watch out for the step down to the living room. Our 1.5 year old did fine. We would return in the future! Thanks!

They need more essentials

First off the location on the beach is excellent. But you know this when you book it and you’re paying for it. The home is under supplied. It’s 3 bedrooms but there were only five forks in the whole unit. It only had five towels we could find. There was no paper towel, toilet paper or aluminum foil. We have to buy disposable cutlery and all these other items. I texted the owner but never received a response. Also there is not 2 functioning parking stalls. Our second stall was filled with garbage and recycling containers. The stall we did have was an extremely tight if you have an SUV. For multiple nights the other side of the duplex was rented. They had at least nine people staying there and were quite loud till 1 am. It wasn’t bad inside the building but be aware the outside space is all shared The check out also wasn’t great. Our check out was 11 am but the cleaner showed up at 9:30. They started off with the other unit which was vacant but it was intruding when they were cleaning the outside space before our checkout time. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space because of this on our last morning.

Being right on the beach was spectacular. The house was perfect for what we wanted. The beds were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. Maybe some new towels for the bathrooms would be nice, just one little towel observation. We would stay here again.

An awesome place to stay

This property was right on the beach in the perfect location. Our days were filled with playing on the beach during the day and watching the sunset at night over the beach. I would strongly recommend this property for your vacation. Our host was awesome and responsive and everything was perfect at the beach house.
