This floor features a bright and airy second bedroom, a full bathroom, and a modern kitchen space with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator - ideal for preparing light meals or beach-day snacks. The open layout connects to a cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and surf. Continue up to the top floor, and you’ll find a charming loft area - a flexible space that can be used for lounging, working, or additional sleeping arrangements depending on your needs.
