  • This beautiful brand new 4 bedroom private home featuring over 2300 sq ft boasts luxurious styling & finishes, designer tile and granite, wood flooring, pro-grade appliances, central air, indoor surround sound and outdoor music system all activated by simple voice command.

    There are multiple decks including a 500 sq ft roof top deck which will quickly become your favorite place on the property to hangout with AMAZING bay and ocean views, comfortable seating along with a private hot tub where you can soak your worries away while watching the sunset.

    The furnishing in the house was all designed professionally by a local interior designer with brand new modern furniture and with 7 brand new mattresses and linens, and we did not go cheap on the mattresses, so there is no need to worry about having a bad night sleep in an old worn out bed.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will ever need, along with BBQ grilling tools & utensils for the gas BBQ, and bathrooms have a full stock of fresh towels, soaps and shampoos.

    The house is also equipped with a 2 car private garage, and laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.

    We are walking distance to just about everything from the bay, parks, ocean, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals and tons night life.

    We put a lot of thought and love into this home so your experience will be the best possible.

Great beach vacation!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the space was perfect for a group of 6. We really enjoyed the views from the property and the access to the beach. Check in was easy, and the host was friendly. The hot tub was a great amenity. We also had some questions for the host ahead of the visit which were all answered in a timely manner.

Wonderful stay. Host was communicative, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. Shared recommendations on the neighborhood and helped with bag drop prior to check in. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. Can’t say enough about the property and hospitality.

Contemporary designed “home from home”

We had an excellent stay. Alan, the owner, was very friendly and helpful to provide all the information we needed on the property and advice on local restaurants/coffee shops. Absolutely perfect

We used this as a home base for my best friends bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! So clean, beautifully decorated and put together, well stocked with all kinds of amenities and items (for example, they had makeup remover in all the bathrooms and coffee available, very thoughtful little touches), central location and the hosts were very responsive to any concerns we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any reason!

Great group stay

Place was exactly as listed, clean, modern and close to the beach and other attractions. Four bedrooms over 3 floors meant, plus 4 outside spaces including the rooftop hot tub meant lots of space for everyone. The kitchen and living room were well designed, also, making it easy to make meals and still interact with others. The two full bathrooms are located within/between bedrooms, so one to note when planning who sleeps in the basement bedroom. But otherwise, a very nice place that we'd definitely stay in again and recommend.

10 star property and host!

This home was perfect for our family get away! It accommodated me, my husband, our daughters (28 and 9) my mother in law, my sister and her 10 y/o daughter. Alan was the most responsive host we've ever rented from. He called before our arrival and covered all the details about accessing the property, parking, favorite restaurants, etc. The home was beautifully appointed and the beds were all very comfortable. The girls loved the bunk room and the roof top hot tub. I thought the nicest gesture was that Alan left us a package of nice coffee, a box of donuts and a welcome note. So thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House by the Bay

My family stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. We were in town to celebrate my son‘s graduation from UCSD and wanted a space large enough to share with my parents and children. We were extremely impressed by how lovely the home was and the excellent condition that we found it in. All of the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, and the house was extremely clean. We loved sitting out on the multiple patios, and the rooftop Jacuzzi was a huge hit with our group. Any potential guests should know that the home has three levels and the rooftop Jacuzzi is on a fourth level up. therefore there are a lot of stairs to go up and down, which was completely fine with us because it also gave everyone a bit of personal space from the main living areas.

We had an amazing weekend stay in January and can’t say enough good things about this home or the host. Alan was fantastic — incredibly communicative, responsive, and accommodating, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The private rooftop with the jacuzzi was the absolute highlight. The views of the bay, the ocean, and the sunsets were breathtaking and made for unforgettable evenings. The home itself is spacious and beautifully laid out, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably.The location is unbeatable — just an extremely short walk to bay front beaches, making it easy to enjoy the water, walks, and the neighborhood vibe throughout the day.This was truly a five-star stay, and we would absolutely book again. A Family Roll Out Spot!

Alan the property owner made our entire trip from beginning to end - very friendly & helpful with recommendations & one of the best we’ve had for customer service!
