The kitchen is nice and fully stocked with all you need including plates, cups, coffee and everything you’d need from a kitchen. Only complaint is the internal decibel audio sensor at night is too sensitive, we kept receiving noise warnings when we were playing games in the house, not even outside. We had a fantastic time staying at this property with 6 adults and 7 kids. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a highlight – the kids had a blast with the games, and the adults loved relaxing on the cozy sofa set by the fire. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, although it only fits 4 people, so we had to take turns.One thing to note: the pool needs to be heated in the winter, and it costs 300 a day to do so. While this was mentioned in the description, it was easy to miss. It’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re planning to swim in winter.The location was perfect for our trip to Sea World and the beach, and we appreciated being in a nice neighborhood with restaurants nearby. We had 12 people stay here and fit the entire group comfortably. There were enough activities to keep all the kids entertained. It's the perfect size for a family, and the pool and deck were exactly what we needed. The pseudo-separate studio was ideal for us to escape the teenagers and feel like we had something on our own. We also had fun exploring downtown La Mesa, which is quaint and has lots to do. All in all, just what we needed. ##### Jason W. The outside oasis was beautiful with lots of space and opportunities for entertainment. The outside bed was incredibly comfortable that a few of us even slept outside! My 92-year-old mother slept in the room that had the burn hole.
