Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. \- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. \- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. \- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. Parking Details: \- The driveway can accommodate 4 cars. \- The garage is unavailable. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. The home was spacious--even more than anticipated, and on a road that was super quiet. The views are fantastic over a valley. The hot tub is super-relaxing. Checking in was a breeze and the communication was great. Instructions for everything were clear and easy. As you open the front door you will be greeted with a wide entrance, sun light from a big glass window illuminating the hallway during the day time. The crib has 2 family rooms and big dining table that could sit 8 to 10 people at best. The kitchen was cute with big sliding glass door overlooking the pool and more light coming from another sliding door on the side of the kitchen with all the plants and trees wrapped around the whole crib was another relaxing experience for everyone…The bedrooms were clean, good size , big closets and very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. We loved the master bedroom which is also very spacious. The water pressure was great on all the bathrooms while showering. The swimming pool and the pool spa was the icing on the cake…we enjoyed soaking in the hot/warm spa at night before going to sleep…waking up in the morning hearing birds chirping feels good…it’s a perfect place for all of us…Small negative thing that we could comment, the house is kinda old but it’s well maintained and very clean.( 3 Air wick scented plug-in solution) ##### Jeffrey C.
