Pictures were an accurate representation of the condo. The place was dated but very functional. Beds were comfortable. There were a couple of portable AC units that were much needed as it was hotter than expected - even with the ocean breeze. The patio was great hangout spot. This is all about location. Great restaurants/bars nearby. We parked the car and never walked more than 1/2 mile. Grocery store and CVS very close. Easy access to the beach. You can’t get there via the large patio but that keeps people from wandering in. The patio storage bin had 4 beach chairs and 4 boogie boards. The property management was VERY responsive to questions. Saved us from driving an SUV that was too tall for the 6’4” max height. Would stay here again.

Great location; lots of great places to eat nearby, can see the ocean from the patio and the beach is a quick walk. The host was very responsive; in our case the listing had an error regarding AC (it appears to have been corrected quickly). The host actually went out and bought a portable floor AC unit for us to use. The condo has ceiling and floor fans. We stayed in August and the temps were in the high 80s. There is usually a breeze to help cool the condo, but if you are person who needs your room cold to sleep, make sure to verify the status of any in room portable units. Front door opens into a small room converted into a bedroom next to the kitchen. Next door is another small bedroom with an in suite full bath. A half bath is in the hall between. Dining and living areas are reasonable for a party of 6. Master is a good sized room with a small full bath and a door and windows to the patio. This was one of the larger locations we found on the beach (most beach properties throughout SoCal are small.) Lots of beach chairs and misc equipment. Street parking is hard to come by making the dedicated and secured parking very helpful. (When you arrive to check in you will have to find street parking nearby then go to the room and get the garage remote and move the car to the garage. Moving bags from the garage to the elevator is close and easy.)
