Kitchen was very well stocked. Patio was very large with great seating and the gas fire pit was super nice to have at night and was user friendly. Host responded right away with a minor issue with a dead battery in one of the ceiling fans. A new battery was brought right away. Would stay here again and recommend to others. ##### Anna A. Beach location was between two lifeguard stands, code on door was helpful for everyone coming and going separately. It was a VERY short walk to the beach, it's clean and well kept, and we always felt safe there. But it even had things I didn't know I needed like beautiful windows with Roman shades we had open as often as possible, a designated parking spot, and a washer & dryer. I loved the look of the house too, inside and out. To some that may not matter much but I loved that it added to the beach vacation vibe I wanted. We saved a ton of money making most of our meals there in the rental. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we used the grill outside daily too. There's a great grocery store up the street called Ralph's. Our family of 6 had plenty of space, towels, and beach supplies. We really loved it and we'd love to come stay again! ##### Lindsey C. The location was great. Very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Parking was tight. Someone parked partially in our spot one night, so we had to park on the street and ended up getting a ticket, which was frustrating. It would be nice if there was more signage for parking. Overall this is a good rental a block away from Ocean Front. Nice open layout (kitchen, living and dining areas).
