The house offers spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a relaxing spa and pool area, and a beautifully designed interior and exterior. The homeowners were communicative and promptly answered all my questions. However, there are a few things to consider: the pool is only accessible by stairs (about three flights) with limited handrails, which may be unsafe for children or the elderly. The home's controls are primarily iPad-based, requiring some tech familiarity. Also, the showers lacked body wash, and some drawers and closets were locked, suggesting occasional owner use.
