    * Beautiful near ocean front condo in Mission Beach!
    * Amazing ocean, sand, sunset, and boardwalk views from your dining foyer and living room of this second floor unit.
    * Beautifully renovated unit with new blonde laminate wood floors, new bathroom, stainless steel kitchen appliances, enlarged windows to enhance ocean views, new furnishings, etc.
    * Has a Queen bed, a Twin bed, a Queen sleeper couch, and a Double sleeper couch housed in 2 rooms. Recommended occupancy of 5 but can sleep 6.
    * Includes high quality, super comfortable Hilton Hotel bed.
    * Air Conditioning - uncommon amenity near the beach!
    * Endless hot water with dual tank-less water heaters
    * Access to large, ocean/beach view patio/BBQ deck with Hot Tub! Shared.
    * On a walk street and one of many multi-million dollar homes (see photo).
    * Cross NO streets to get to beach
    * So close to ocean you can hear it all the time (unless you close the windows) and fall to sleep by it at night.
