The Host is an excellent communicator. The property is exactly as described, it was clean and everything worked. It was a great experience. If a place for 2 that is within walking distance to the Beach is what you are looking for then this is the place for you. My favorites were the very cool light/fan in the bedroom and the wagon for carrying our stuff to the beach. Parking was a challenge, especially on the weekend but we figured it out. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great. location! Everything you need is within walking distance. Parking was more difficult than I expected. If I did it again, I would Uber to the rental and not have a car. There is no need for one unless you plan on traveling farther. Had everything we needed. REALLY love that they had beach chairs for us!!!

Clean apt in solid location

Our stay at the bayside condo was pleasant. Clean, walkable location to beach/marina, near a Starbucks.Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the price for the property is a bit high but other than that all good!

Perfect location

This place was within less than five minutes of the ocean and Mission Bay. The common area, kitchen and bedroom felt very open. I felt the beach life staying here and would stay here again.

Short Trip to San Diego

Condo was great! Everything was as described and the location was awesome. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Mission Beach area!

Cute San Diego Getaway Place

This property was really, cute, clean, walking distance to town, shops, a roller coaster (a block away from Belmont oceanfront amusement park!!), several great restaurants, boardwalk and the beach! Just what we were looking for! Austin, our property contact was so helpful, friendly and responded quickly to a question I had. We would definitely recommend this to other travelers!

Great Hideaway

Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed, spacious living area and kitchen. Plenty of towels and linen, even shampoo. It really is as good as the photos suggest. This little place is tucked away and much quieter than we expected, given it's location in a popular area. We were able to unload the car in the alley just north and find street parking close by (easier if you arrive in the early evening when the beachgoers are leaving). So close to the beach and the Bay. We would come back.

Great Location and Very Clean

The Unit was very clean and everything we needed was provided. I loved the smell of the bath towels. There were also little artificial flowers on the towels and in the kitchen. Nice touch. I had to contact the owner upon check in and they responded immediately. The only thing I did not care for was that there was no balcony or porch to sit outside but other than that, everything was perfect.

Our short stay went very smoothly and the place was equipped, very well. It is obvious that the owners are very proud of their place and keep it up, unlike other places that we have rented in the area over the last 20 years from time to time.
