Just 5 homes from the beach and boardwalk, this six-bedroom and five-and-a-half-bath vacation rental is a duplex home combined into one large property with multiple kitchens and living areas. This upscale beach house features some delightful and colorful touches throughout that will add some fun to your vacation experience. The front of the home features a tropically landscaped and gated ground-level patio with an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Step inside the home into a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient in-home stack laundry. Just adjacent is the ground-level bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs on the second level, you’ll find a loft-style office/den with a desk workspace, large TV, and fold-out full sleeper sofa. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and another guest room with two twin beds, and a TV. Adjacent is a hall bathroom with a shower to serve both bedrooms and the den. Down the hall is a bedroom with a queen bed and sliding glass door that opens to an ocean view balcony where you can see and hear the waves crashing on the beach. We had 11 people, 3 families and a grandma, there was plenty of space for all of us. We did rent both units. It was a great location and alot of nice outside seating areas. We rented both units, so we had all 6 bedrooms for our group of 7\. The house and furniture is very nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were large and spacious. The kitchen was great for large groups. The balcony and roof deck with views of the ocean was spectacular. The house was absolutely clean. Great family room with a huge TV to watch games. Excellent parking accommodations. The neighborhood and beach access doesn’t get better. There was not a single negative aspect to this house. Our family of 9 had a wonderful time and loved this house. Each of us had our own 'space' but the common spaces were big enough to accommodate, when we wanted to gather. The location was great - only 5 houses away from the beach, which was perfect. Far enough away from the noise, but close enough for our elderly mother to walk to. Also super close to a market and restaurants. Our only suggestions would be: \*To have a floor plan online so people could have a better idea of the quirky layout of the house. \*The dishwasher drawers were very difficult to pull in/out. \*The screen doors to the patio and in the master bedroom were very difficult to slide open/closed and didn't quite fully close (build up of sand/track worn).
