Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. We had 2 noise complaints against us and I apologize for that but the very young kids (girls) are very loud in all they do. We realize now it is an older neighborhood and I do not think we would rent in that neighborhood again even though I liked the location. ##### dan a.
