This stunning property offers the perfect escape for up to 6 guests 3 bd 3 FULL BATHS The highlight of this beach house is the third-floor rooftop private and comfy lounge area with views of the Bay with a comfortable living area, a grill and a cozy firepit, creating an ideal space to enjoy with your loved ones. Our house in Mission Beach is a rare gem, featuring three bedrooms and three FULL baths. This unique setup offers ample space and privacy for everyone. The modern bathrooms are fully equipped and stylishly designed, ensuring comfort and convenience. Next to the living room there is another bedroom with two individual beds that can be transformed into a king size bed. This bedroom also has a 40-inch smart TV and ensuite shower bathroom. Third floor bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and 30-inch TV with apple TV. Next to this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower. All bathrooms have a hair dryers and amenities. To keep the rooms comfortable there are fans throughout the house. We also have installed two minisplits with AC in the third and second floor for your comfort. Additionally, we have installed blackout curtains, which are helpful for blocking out sunlight and maintaining privacy. The highlight of this beach house is the third-floor rooftop deck.
