Overall a pretty good experience. We had a problem with the first room we were given, but were moved to another room that was much better. The pool is amazing, and the resort is very family friendly. The location is great, with easy access to so much that Dan Diego has to offer.

This place felt like Hawaii! Loved the slides for the kids but do call and check if it’s open sometimes they have maintenance going on. Also the staff was super friendly and made our kids so happy! Especially Emy and Rosa in the gift shop they delivered a snores set and cookies to our kiddos! Made it so special. It’s a great place to stay for families!

Overall, we had a nice and relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. However, for a family stay, it would have been more convenient to have access to a microwave. The furniture could also use some updating, and we felt that many of the amenities and services were quite overpriced with a ton of unexpected fees. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.

This was a great hotel and we had a lovely time here. We got breakfast included with our room for an extra fee and breakfast is plentiful and a beautiful big deck overlooking the marina. Views from our suite were outstanding and room was nice enough. Pool and hot tub could’ve been maintained and kept a little more clean than they were, but it was also crowded with lots of kids. Overall, a great day and we were very happy and would stay again if in the San Diego area

Overall it was a nice stay but a few things were a little rough around the edges. Also, of note, once all the other taxes and resort fees are added on the hotel will cost you about $100 more per day than what is shown on Expedia. One of the slides was broken, so that was a bit of a bummer. The activities put on by the kids department were pretty great and entertaining though. Very close to SeaWorld and the shuttle was nice.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to stay for our anniversary. We have an infant son, so we wanted to choose somewhere that was family friendly. We did enjoy our day at the pool with our baby. However, I have previously worked in hospitality, so I noticed a few things in the room were not clean. The mirror was dirty, there were food crumbs left on the couch, the small table did not look wiped down, and the bathtub had hair in it. Also, the alarm clock on the night stand was left on and went off early in the morning, waking up our baby. The staff was all very friendly, but unfortunately I do not think we would return.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great view, and a lot of things to do nearby. Would be nice to have some updated streaming TVs but we spent most of our days out and about.
