Great location in the Gaslamp, especially if you're going to Petco. The front desk was great and checked me in early. Room is very comfortable. Rooftop bar staff are good and the views are good:)

Our stay was great! Room was nice, bathroom was good size and plenty counter space, clean and amazing location right by Petco Park as we came for an event, lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The front desk staff was not very friendly and never greeted us when we came and went but they were kind when we checked out.

The room was great though the lighting could have been better and it was close to the elevator which I had requested. The location was ideal for the Padres game and restaurants enabling us to walk everywhere and not have to deal with the difficulty and expense of parking a car, although the Gaslamp Quarter has become a bit seedy. The gym was small but well-equipped. We did not use our food/beverage credit as the cuisine at their restaurant was not to our taste. Valet service was excellent. A bit pricey but it was a holiday weekend and the Expedia deal was the best we found.

The front desk staff was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. We checked in later, received an upgrade for a minimal cost and was given a late check out. Many recommendations were given, and the staff made themselves completely available. Loved it. You will too. Book a stay!
