The deck overlooks the bay and San Diego with sweeping views. We found the November morning Sun would warm the living spaces nicely when we opened the entire glass wall on the living room and deck. The rooms are all generously proportioned.The driveway was not finished so street parking was required. However we preferred the street parking anyway since it was plentiful and right outside the front door. As the property was new there hasn’t been an accumulation of kitchen items yet. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is lovely to walk around. Street parking in front of the property was not a problem. The views of San Diego bay are stunning, both from the main open living area and from the hot tub (I do not think the listing does these amazing views justice!). It was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and bars as well as the marina. The kitchen was well-appointed with the basics to make meals at home.
