There is a pool, spa, nice back yard with fire pit and BBQ! The whole downstairs is available to rent with the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It will sleep 8 people comfortably. The up stairs is not accessible at this time and is a separate apartment. Nobody is staying there while it’s booked. The space is well laid out for a family get together. There is plenty of room. Please message me about your desired stay and the amount of Guests. We look forward to hosting you at our wonderful house! There is a heater for the pool and spa! The spa is included in the price. We can heat the pool up for your stay. (price is extra depending on the length of stays and the temperature you want it at)! Guest access Whole house except the suite upstairs. The wifi kept going out so we were not able to watch tv the last night there. While the snack corner was an excellent idea, the candy was very old. All in all, Brian the host was super friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. There was more than enough room, but there was no lighter to light the fire pit. First off, the beds, all new and very firm. There was a fantastic coffee station and all the cook ware in the house was quality and newer. We made breakfast and snackable dinners every night and everything was easy to use and of quality. The TV’s were all new smart TV’s and easy to use. The house was super clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated and the backyard was perfect. The property is well maintained and offers a variety of amenities for the value. The pool/spa is an extremely beautiful oasis that gives privacy and a luxury feel to your stay. All rooms are all tastefully decorated and you will find lots of pup photos located through out. I imagine those are the owners dogs on display; major cuteness. The mattresses are on the softer side and if you are short please note that they sit rather high on the bed frames and you may require a step stool (my mother did) which they do have one available in the garage/laundry area. They neighborhood was quiet. Host is quick to respond with any questions or concerns you may have and does check in to ensure your stay is going as planned. \*\*Con as of 6/17/2024 they are working on the main street in and out of the residential area that caused some delays and the road is torn up with lots of pot holes so if you bring a travel trailer or lower clearance vehicle please be cautious. I wish this would have been advised to better prepare as the construction has been ongoing for a while according to the worker we spoke with.
