Amenities were great. We enjoyed the large jacuzzi on the rooftop deck. And the afternoon sun on the beanbag chairs and fire pit in the enclosed front lawn. The place was clean and spacious. It was wonderful having our very own garage space since parking is hard to find in the city. We walked to the beach, Target and many delicious coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We were visiting the city to see some cousins including one who lives a few blocks away. The house was clean airy and open. We loved the clean modern aesthetic and the three outdoor gathering spaces. We used the roof deck for a family dinner with views of the city and fireworks over Seaworld. The fire pit in the front yard was an awesome gathering place for the end of the evening. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus for a little spa time. The local areas on Voltaire to the north and Newport to the south were convenient for coffee and treats. The neighborhood is a quick ride to just about anywhere around the city from Petco park to La Jolla.
