The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are good quality although I had to move a lot of decor out of harms way from my children. I was worried about a wobbly bookshelf worried me the entire stay. The neighborhood is great aside from the very busy street that the house is on. There’s an organic grocery store, multiple coffee shops and several good restaurants within a short walking distance. I have to mention that the kitchen has a bad cockroach problem. The vacation rental company said they have never had this problem before but I doubt that’s true because we found several dead cockroaches in the fridge and freezer. We bought cockroach traps which we were reimbursed for but the problem persisted throughout our stay despite our cleanliness. We also had a lot of issues with the garage disposal. It’s not wired correctly and would trip with the dishwasher constantly. They sent someone out to fix it one, but we didn’t want to keep asking.
