Great for families who want to take advantage of the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, etc... as well as couples who may want to be close to downtown San Diego, Little Italy, the Harbor... Right in the heart of Mission Hills, one of San Diego's most desirable communities, just blocks from many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Person booking the home must be at least 25 years old. The kitchen/dining/living area is the perfect area to enjoy each other's company before retiring to one of the four well appointed bedrooms, but the most desirable part of the house may be the expansive outdoor deck. A private setting with a curtain of eucalyptus trees which may make you forget you are in an urban neighborhood. Enjoy drinks around the fire pit before you move to the patio table for your meal. Guests have 100% access to the entire home. As your Super Hosts, we make ourselves available 24/7 for any questions or needs. You won't hear from us other than friendly reminders about such things as trash day or check-out. Mission Hills is a neighborhood in San Diego located on the hills overlooking Old Town and the San Diego Bay, just north of Downtown, west of Hillcrest and south of the San Diego River valley. It is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. It is one of the most architecturally impressive neighborhoods with many of the houses from the early 1900s, which have been carefully preserved and restored. Modern homes were built as infill along canyon rims in the 1950s and 1960s. Mission Hills is highly sought after with its stately homes, quaint Craftsman bungalows and large mansions pristinely manicured on quiet streets. The business district is home to a variety of restaurants, shops, and pubs. Getting around San Diego could not be easier. The location is so awesome. About 2 blocks from VONS and Starbucks and amazing little restaurants. The house is so clean and exactly how it is described on the listing. We traveled with an infant and so happy to have had access to a high chair, pack and play and even a stroller and gate! We only used the high chair so I can’t speak on the condition of the other items. But it was great to know that they were there. House was well equipped. Driveway fits a normal size SUV and a sedan comfortably. The views from some windows are nice as the house sits on top of a small hill. Nothing to complain about.
