Everything you need is within walking distance. Great parking. Backyard is wonderful. Cons:The bathroom was tiny. But if you do, it is not ideal. The couch only sits 4 people and if you want to lay down, and there are more than 2 people, you cannot as it is too tight. The only other seating is an office chair.
