The dining area can seat 8 comfortably. In the kitchen every convenience is at your fingertips; Kitchen-Aid range, convection microwave, Bosch dishwasher, and a Kitchen-Aid full size refrigerator with filtered water and ice-maker. The king bedroom features a Casper mattress and the 2nd bedroom is a queen mattress. In addition to the king and queen beds there is a self-inflating queen air mattress and a twin cot that can be set up in the family room. Linens are a high thread count with fluffy down/alternative comforters. One bath has a shower and tub, the second has a walk in shower. A new, full-size, stackable washer and dryer are in the home. Outdoor spaces are important to take in our perfect, year round San Diego weather. There are two patios, one with table and chairs and a Weber charcoal grill, the other with fire-pit and Adirondack chairs. It was even more beautiful than the photos. We had all the amenities we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the place was immaculately kept.
