Our spacious and modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 1260 square feet of living space is the perfect choice for your next getaway. With its open floor plan and convenient location close to downtown and major freeways, you'll have easy access to all that San Diego has to offer. The space As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for meals and gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The three bedrooms in this home are tastefully decorated and designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom features cozy queen-size bed as well as another en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a twin over twin trundle for extra accommodations. We are conveniently located in the Golden Hill neighborhood, known for its historic charm and proximity to downtown San Diego. You'll be just a short drive or Uber ride away from popular attractions such as the Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Plus, with easy access to major freeways, you can easily explore other parts of the city and beyond. You will also have access to one free driveway parking space. The garage is currently off limits for storage. It has plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (water pressure is amazing), a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious meal, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a giant TV. Tested the WiFi and it was always over 200mps. There is one space for parking and that was more than I could ask for. San Diego parking is a pain but knowing there was a space available made all the difference. The location is amazing. No more than 10 mins or less from Gaslamp, Convention Center, Balboa Park, Downtown, couldn't be any more convenient. The living room was comfy and open floor plan of the kitchen-dining-living room was nice. Beds were super comfortable! Nice linens and towels througout. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Fully furnished and with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay. Property manager was very responsive to messages. The only thing is the parking: there is one very short driveway spot so you pretty much have to park on the street if you have anything larger than a compact car.
