Open and spacious, the home features gorgeous interior design with a gourmet kitchen, sun-filled living, 2 lavish bathrooms and a charming back porch with alfresco dining. Walk to the beach and Crown Point Park right on your doorstep or drive to Belmont Park, Mission Beach, Old Town and Balboa Park all just mins away. The Space: Make your way along the charming garden path and enter via the easy electronic keypad with no need for keys. Step inside and be greeted with a bright, sunny living room filled with a stylish low-line sofa that surrounds the faux fireplace and the wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps. The living area also doubles as a third sleeping space for an additional two guests with a comfortable airbed. Cook up meals for the group in the modern, chef-friendly kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need. On a sunny day, open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space as you eat at the dining table or at the sleek breakfast bar and take in the cool ocean breeze.
