It is characterized by the following: Bordered by cliffs up to 75 feet in height, with a boardwalk traversing along the cliff-top for much of the southern end. The cliffside location offers excellent vantage points for watching sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. It connects to the 3.2-mile boardwalk that runs through Pacific Beach, providing a scenic path for walking, jogging, or biking along the oceanfront. With its wide sandy beach, the area around Law Street and Diamond Street is a popular spot for general beach going and relaxation during peak summer days, frequented by both tourists and locals. The waves are generally calmer compared to Tourmaline Surfing Park, making it more suitable for swimming and family-friendly beach activities. The beginner-friendly waves also make North Pacific Beach a popular spot for surf lessons, with schools like the San Diego Surf School offering classes here. At the northern end is Tourmaline Surfing Park, a popular spot for surfers, kitesurfers, and windsurfers year-round. It has a public parking lot, showers, and restrooms. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
