This 3 month rental 10/1-12/31 is your home away from home in San Diego with 3 bedrooms on a Mount street in desirable Clairemont section of SD. This delightful house features 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The backyard is a private and lush retreat with grill, seating and large picnic table. The owner provides heat and AC, wifi and other amenities. Guests will feel superbly comfortable. The 2 bathrooms with showers provide convenience for all. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. We request to rent to one party for the 3 month rental.
